The Terms and Conditions stated below establishes and creates an agreement between the customer and Real Life Love Dolls. In this document and throughout the website, the phrases “RLLD”, “our”, “their”, “us”, and “we” all refer to the company entity of Real Life Love Dolls including all employees or persons involved in the operation of the business. The words “you” and “your” refer to any customer who purchases a product or any user of the Real Life Love Dolls website.
By accepting these terms and conditions you agree and verify that purchasing a love doll requires you to be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your country of residence.

Ordering & Pricing:
By placing an order on RLLD you certify that you are at least 18 years of age OR the age of majority in the country or region where you reside. You agree that you have the legal right to purchase and possess sexually explicit materials. You agree and understand that you are bound by all of the terms and conditions found on this website.
We may reject your order at any time and reserve the right to cancel any order or refuse service to anyone at any time. If we cancel your order before it has been processed, a refund subject to our 4% Transaction Fee will be issued.
We reserve the right to add and remove products on RLLD at our discretion and hold the right to limit any product quantity that is available.
All prices are displayed and billed in US Dollars and are subject to change at the discretion of RLLD at anytime without notice.
All information entered while placing an order (Billing/Shipping Info) must be entirely accurate. We use the exact information submitted to process orders and do not warrant delivery if any information is faulty or inaccurate. In the case a shipment cannot be delivered, we will try our best to reach you via email to request further info. If the order goes undelivered following our request, RLLD will not be liable for any refund or further fees incurred.
Platinum Series:
The “LIFETIME” VIP discount offered with the purchase of a Platinum Series sex doll is valid for the duration of existence of the Real Life Love Dolls website. Upon material changes, or dissolving of our website there is no obligation for us to fulfill the 30% discount in terms of products or compensation. The misuse, distribution or selling of your discount code will result in it being revoked. Real Life Love Dolls has the right to cease any custom discount code if inappropriate use is discovered.
Limitation of Liability:
Real Life Love Dolls and all of its employees will not be held liable for any loss, property damage, injury or death as a result of accident or improper use of any Real Life Love Dolls product.
Real Life Love Dolls does not guarantee that the use of the website www.reallifelovedolls.com will be error-free or uninterrupted. You agree that Real Life Love Dolls can make their website inaccessible for an undefined period of time at their discretion without notice.
Customs & Import Fees:
Real Life Love Dolls does not guarantee the customs and border service of your country will accept the doll and takes no responsibility for any dolls being held or stopped at the border. Any and all employees or any entity of RLLD will not be held responsible if the doll is shipped to a restricted country.
Real Life Love Dolls works diligently to cover all of the import fees and duties to clear your love doll. However, this is not a guarantee, any additional fees and charges incurred are to be paid for by the customer.
If a love doll is held at any border or customs facility you will be notified immediately. We will not be responsible for any additional time it may take for you to receive the doll as it is out of our control.
Order Cancellation:
To ensure industry-standard delivery times, we follow a strict cancellation policy as follows:
Preset Dolls– If you have submitted an order for a pre-made doll and wish to cancel it you must notify us with the order number within 12 hours of placing the order.
Fantasy Doll Builder– If you have submitted an order for a custom made love doll using our Fantasy Doll Builder and wish to cancel it you must notify us with the order number within 6 hours of placing the order.
If a cancellation request is made outside of the above stated timeframe(s), your request will not be accepted.
If the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled for any reason. We are unable to accept returned dolls to our factory. For more information please refer to our Shipping & Returns policy.
Real Life Love Dolls has the right to refuse to cancel an order if it is outside either of the time frames stated above or if the order has been processed and/or shipped. RLLD has the right to refuse to cancel an order even if the request is sent within the allotted time frame for reasons not limited to order processing, doll assembly in progress, or if the doll has been shipped.
Refunds:
A refund will be made to the customer only if the order has been cancelled within the allotted time frame stated above, with no exceptions.
All refunds, regardless of reason, are subject to a 4% Transaction Fee that will not be reimbursed under any circumstances. The 4% fee will apply to the total amount of the final sale price of the order accepted for a refund, and be deducted upon the reversal of the transaction. This fee is in result of expenses associated with processing payments with PayPal, and can be further explained in the PayPal Refund Policy.
We do not accept returned dolls to our factory, if there is an issue with your love doll we will work to either replace it, send you materials to fix it or issue a partial refund. Charges may apply.
If a partial refund is issued, we will work with you to determine a fair and reasonable compensation. The final amount will be determined and applied solely at the discretion of Real Life Love Dolls.
Refunds will not be given for any sort of damage caused by misuse of your love doll. It is your responsibility to follow the steps in our Caring For Your Love Doll guide and to ensure proper care and treatment.
Any sort of sexual contact or use of the doll whatsoever will void any and all eligibility for a refund.
Doll Measurements:
All of our love dolls have specific measurements listed throughout the website primarily in our descriptions. These include but are not limited to height, bust, waist, hips, oral depth, vaginal depth and anal depth. These measurements are approximate and to be used as a reference.
The dolls are measured in centimetres (cm) and inches (in) to the best of our team’s abilities using precise and accurate methods. Measurement methods and conditions vary so a slight variance may occur from actual doll size.
Doll Weight:
All of our love dolls are weighed immediately after they are manufactured. The weight is taken with nothing on the doll. The doll has no clothes, wig, or any additional options when she is being weighed.
The weight is listed in kilograms (kg) and pounds (lbs). All listed weights are approximate as weighing conditions and scales vary, slight variances may occur from actual doll weight.
Doll Clothing:
All of our love dolls come with one piece of lingerie that is selected at random. Clothing or attire may be referred to as “lingerie”, “sexy clothes”, “clothing”, “outfit” or any combination of the phrases listed.
Your love doll will not come with the clothing that is displayed in the photos on our website shop. These outfits are for presentation purposes only and are not included with the product.
Images & Doll Pictures:
All of the images and pictures including but not limited to our love dolls have been taken and edited professionally to better enhance their appearance. This may result in your doll looking slightly different when it arrives in person. There are many factors such as photo enhancement, different colour displays, colour settings etc that may change what the physical appearance of the doll will look like upon receiving it compared to the photos on this website. We will not offer refunds due to the doll having a slightly different appearance, or an appearance that the purchaser does not like.
We are more than happy to share photos of what specific dolls look like without any photo editing/makeup before they are shipped to a customer. If you would like images of unedited dolls, please contact us requesting authentic pictures of a certain doll. Although we may be unable to provide pictures of every doll, we will do our best to assist you.
Images on the Real Life Love Dolls website may be images of a similar feature and not actual photos of the product to help improve appearance of the site. Products and options including but not limited to wigs, nail colours, cleaning tools, heating equipment and all additional features may vary slightly in appearance.
Payments:
All of the transactions that take place on our website (reallifelovedolls.com) will be processed securely using PayPal. PayPal will typically support all major credit cards as an acceptable form of payment.
If you are not currently a PayPal account holder or if you have never used PayPal before, you will still be able to pay safely with credit card via their services.

Price Match:
For a doll to qualify for our price match $100 discount it must meet all of the criteria listed below:
-Price offered must be the regular listing price
-Price offered must include free shipping to wherever you reside
-Competitor’s doll must be in stock and have similar options & features
-We will not match wholesaler or manufacturer pricing
Real Life Love Dolls reserves the right to not apply an additional $100 discount at their discretion. Many factors go into the pricing of our love dolls and if the price match and/or additional discount is unrealistic it will not be accepted. This is not a guarantee to receive an additional discount on your love doll.
