The english customer service was a huge help in this purchase. I’ve found so many other website have such poor translated responses to the simplest of questions. Noah answered all the questions I had and explained the specifics of cleaning to me. This size of doll is very easy to position and her face is beautiful. Sweet girl and great service all around.
